talian company Onda Communication presented its Elis WiFi lamp at MWC in Spain. Elis is a special lamp that has a built-in WiFi module and offers a connection up to 21Mbps. It also offers an Ethernet connection. Basically, the Elis lamp is like any WiFi access point but also doubles up as a lamp. This isn’t a new idea, we’ve seen a WiFi router that doubles up as a vase to keep your flowers. Since you need WiFi for your home, why not let the WiFi access point or router to also work as other everyday household item, which hosts a WiFi module, for a connection up to 21 Mbps.
